Greetings!

Glory to the Most High God, Yahweh, and to His Son, Jesus, who brought glory to the Father in Heaven in all that He was and all that He is and all that He will be to come, for all that He did and all that He does and all He will continue to do through the work of His Holy Spirit.

I had a huge “A-Ha!” moment as we call them when I understood this truth:

EVERYTHING that Jesus did was in obedient submission to the Father in Heaven.

That being said, I am excited to announce that in January of 2017, I will be moving to Salem, Oregon where I will attend Discipleship Training School with an organization called Youth With A Mission or YWAM Salem.

YWAM (pronounced “WHY-wham”) is an international volunteer movement of Christians from many backgrounds, cultures and Christian traditions. Operating in more than 1,000 locations in over 180 countries, with a staff of over 18,000, YWAM is dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world through training, evangelism, and mercy ministries.

Discipleship Training School (DTS), is all about intimately relating to God and gaining His Father heart for the nations. It is an intensive 5½-month program consisting of 3 months of lecture (classroom training) followed by 2½ months of outreach where I’ll get to apply what I’ve learned by coming alongside missionaries in a developing country or oppressed region.

To attend this school, I need to raise enough financial support. As a child of God, I know that I am in His hands, and I am confident He will provide for what He has called me to do. I am fully trusting God with my future, but I also realize…I need some help!

I would like to ask you to pray about joining my support team. I know that God wants to do this ministry through me, and I need others to partner with me in making it happen. I need $3000 for the first 3 months of schooling and $3500 for the 2 ½ months of outreach. This is a total of $6500 that I need to raise before I go and for the months I am there (first deposit due January 5, 2017). Your one-time gift or monthly gift of however much God leads you to give will help me get to reach out to hundreds of people who are broken and lost in both a physical and spiritual way. It would be a tremendous honor to have you invest in me and the lost people of the world.

I hope you will consider supporting me and encouraging this Kingdom work I’ve been so humbly entrusted to in whatever capacity God leads you. I believe God desires willing, obedient hearts far more than wide-open wallets. If nothing else, I hope this letter inspires you to keep me in your prayers, and, most importantly, remind you of this Gospel of Jesus Christ and its Great Commission for all who confess Him:

“Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem…
